Hello everyone,

I work as a sales rep, meaning my shoes have to be comfortable yet stylish.

I believe that there is a gap in the - under 450€ - market for a sneaker/loafer that can be worn by a client-facing professional.

Any suggestions to the contrary are very welcome, as I can’t seem to find something close to that (comfortable, stylish, not too casual, not above 450€)

While I am on the subject, does everyone agree that white rubber soles exude casualness?

Thank you in advance!!

Check out the Mephisto Edlef. They are a fairly homely looking shoe, but the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. i bought my first pair over a decade ago and still hate the way they look. But they are so comfortable I still wear them, and have had them resoled twice. I have also bought two additional pairs as well.

Thank you, it’s a nice dressy option.

I found out that there is a site called Undandy that offers the option of different sole colors for sneakers.

I will probably buy a pair (mahogany with black sole) and post pics and first impressions.

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
