Burma by Hickey-Freeman

I have a blazer with the white Hickey-Freeman Customized Clothes label, dated March 1981 inside the pocket, in some kind of summery fabric. Looks like silk or a silk blend. The only label tag reads "Burma," in funky oriental writing, "by Hickey-Freeman."

Anyone know what this is?
