Building an outfit around this sport coat

Hello all.

So, I just placed an order for this

and I am thinking about how to assemble a tasteful outfit around it.

The jacket is pure cashmere.

I would prefer that the outfit is towards the more formal side of what can be done with the jacket. This is for a business casual day, but I don't want to push the limits of casual more than the fabric on the jacket already does. I also feel like if the accompanying clothes are too formal (e.g. worsted wool trousers) I may get some formality clash happening.

Ideally, I'd be able to swap out for a standard navy blazer if I get called into a client meeting and want to be in the background (taking notes while the partner does his/her thing).

Right now I was thinking white button down, navy grenadine tie (probably doesn't work the best with the navy blazer idea - possibly light grey wool or cashmere instead), light to mid grey flannel trousers, white linen square.

I'm partial to black belt and shoes, despte the forum's general preference for brown.

I have a medium-contrast complexion.

Thanks in advance for all ideas.

No white shirt, too formal even an OCBD.

Light blue shirt with some surface interest, end-on-end or chambray, for instance. Conservative repp tie and gray flannels.

I personally don't care for the button down with a tie, but agree with the light blue shirt being better than white here.

Brown shoes would be much better than black with this fit.
