Budget modern platform bed that's not Ikea?

like a flat platform covered by a mattress - basically it wasn't visable. if you got down on the floor and looked under it you'd see the blocks. the whole thing wasn't that tall off the ground, but a pretty comfortable hieght.

csnstores.com has some more platform beds. This one has me interested In a similar vein to the OP, and not trying to hijack, if anyone has a lead on a platform with sturdier legs than the little puny things on most beds nowadays let me know. I really like this style of bed, but with sturdier legs and preferably solid wood rather than MDF or particleboard http://www.csnstores.com/Wildon-Home...R-CST2437.html

I have the Mandal bed. It is very sturdy, and I am very pleased with it. Except for the drawers, it is all solid wood. It is in contact with the floor all around the perimeter, not just on 4 of 5 legs.
