Saw these on the Buday site - did you get them yet? Any pics?


so here is my fall lineup (will also be adding another 2 more styles), these are ready to go:

Suede Budapester on a last for those that need more volume (similar to Vass 3636 last)

Ed: In what sizes did you stock those boots and those coffee suede Budapesters? I.e., mine possibly?

It is indeed easy as pie to order in your own size.

I'll have to consider this. I need more boots like I need... but those are pretty darn good looking.

how does buday leather upper quality, build and finish compare with vass?

I don't really feel for Buday's lasts and most designs, but that 3-tie pointed cordovan derby is astounding. What's the last called, Ed?



thats the Franko last, the double monks are the Franko II last, those along with the Velence last are their more traditional/English type lasts. The BP lasts and the Tisza are the traditional austro hungarian lasts. The suede buda is on the tisza last, I have a large instep and a slightly wider than normal foot and they are the best fitting last on me.

Another thing about Buday is that they have the most comfortable insole/sock liner of any shoe I've owned.
