1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Beauties Ozzy.

I'm finding mine to be quite comfortable so far.

Totally agree! 9 hours into a 12 hour shift and other than loosening the lacing a little I'm feeling no pain

The shell ones? They're superb! Can't stretch to that amount this close to Christmas. Maybe in the new year tho!

Yup. I go back and look at them at the Panta site now and then and I'm always afraid they'll be gone. Really need to put them at the top of my list.

I handled them in da flesh as that was my initial order but they didn't fit. So nice, killed me to return them! (Doubly as it cost me $125 to do so!)

Ouch. That's no fun. Open question as to whether they last and size will work for me. Much cheaper for me to find out than it was in your case. Unless I keep them.

Aren't they on the same last as your buffalo/grains; BP39? Mine fit a little off; slightly tight at the pinkie toe, slightly loose at the heel and slightly high at the instep but I don't care cos I can wear them all day and when I look at them they make me happy!

I think they are some other last. Ed's said what here in the thread. Tisza or something like that. BP39 fits me pretty darn well, so that would make it a no brainer.

Whatever, YOLO, I will try them on my feet soon unless someone else gets to them first. Nice thing is that Buday does not have an enthusiastic following... yet.

    Funny how that is.

Shhhhhh!! Keep it quiet! It's prolly cos most people only see their shit kicking double sole Budapesters. Their sleeker lasts look pretty nice too.

I was totally confused as to the ones you were on about! [IMG] Didn't even have the colour right; it's tobacco I have and whiskey I returned!

You are of course right; the derbys are on Tizsa.

These night shifts are melting my brain

You have the right ones in mind now. I should have posted a photo. Have to stop talking about them or I will buy them right now.

And yes. I think it is good to keep things on the down low.

Allowing for taste, people's aversion to the Budapest heavy machinery is ultimately their own loss.

Edit: and we are have this fine talk and colloquy at what I understand to be about 4am your time. Ooof.

As someone who likes his sleep, you are making me very sad with that up three hours later stuff.

And oh those Vass. Noted the trouble over in that thread. Glad you at least moved them promptly. Secondary market can be very slow.

See, he's watching us, the great Ed is.

Did you get an oxblood Budapester in BP39 in 10.5? 'Cause my attention would probably whip right from those tobacco derbies to these new ones.

I'm going to guess no... But I can order a pair, right? :)

Edit: Actually all of those makeups sound really fantastic. Can't wait to see them.
