Budapest or Prague?

I'll be in Vienna this spring and will have a few free days to go to either Budapest or Prague.

I've been to neither. Which city should I go to?

For me Prague. I have lived all over the world and Prague is the most beautiful city I have ever visited/lived in.

Vienna is fantastic and I'd have to agree Prague is spectacular... never been to B'pest but really I think you couldn't go wrong either way.

Never been to Budapest, but I liked Prague. Vienna is quite nice.

Budapest has vass and Koronya workshops. If you're into shoes these are 2 good reasons. cash discounts as Vass

Definitely Prague. Like others here, I have been to both, enjoy both, but if it's just a few days and you have the choice it has to be Prague.
