Hi,
I am in the market for a new pair of dress oxfords. I own a few pair of Allen Edmonds and was considering buying another pair of the AE Park Avenues. However I noticed the Bruno Magli Maioco. Does anyone have any experience with the Bruno Magli Maioco? Any thoughts on one vs the other?

Thanks for your help.

As it just so happens, I own a pair of each! I would say that while they're both good shoes, I have a slight preference for the PAs, but wear the Maiocos a bit more often. The leather on the Maiocos is softer and thinner. While thin, it is pretty high quality, and very comfortable. The leather on the PAs is thicker, but also quite soft (though not as soft as that of the Maiocos), and appears to be somewhat higher quality. The cap on the PAs is shorter and rounder, and much thicker. My pair was pretty heavily used before I even bought it, but the caps are still in pristine condition, while those on the maiocos are still nice looking, but haven't retained their shape quite as well. As for the aesthetics, I'd say that the maiocos are sleeker and more modern, while the PAs are more traditional. The maiocos are also a much lighter weight. They fit very differently too, with the maiocos running a bit long. I'd say that overall, it depends on what you're looking for, and if possible, you should try on both pairs before choosing one.
