I received today an e-mail telling that Brunello Cucinelli will be listed in italian stock exchange, the ipo bookbuilding will end 27 april, with price predicted at 6.75 E - 7.75 E. and market cap of ~500 millions...
Ok guys i am not gonna spam you with financial info, but it's a good deal according to research comments :D
And i think once Brunello becomes public, the quality with price will decline in the future, the products will be much more accessible.. we'll see more brunello items on ebay nad here on B&S forum...

I read his interview in GQ. Sounds like a pretty good guy. A real 'rags' to riches story.

I'd imagine a lot of changes, given what I've read about how the company operates.

Apparently it is ridiculously cushy, all that will be taken right out - sell the castle, get rid of the 2 hour lunches, etc.

I saw an article in some London paper almost 10 days ago about the BC IPO on the Milan Exchange. I was too busy traveling to post anything!
The gist of the European article was that BC is killing it in China but BC himself warned that they had to 'go slow' or their brand would suffer.
Apparently they also got a big boost when Prince what's his name - the guy with the hot brunette wife - Katie?? wore a BC 'jumper' for their engagement party. Anyway, apparently, BC cleared 37 million pounds in profit last year and sales are very strong. Good for them. I love his stuff but I will drop it like a hot rock if I see "Styled In Italy -Made in China".
