I was looking at these and I just really like them for some reason. What could I wear it with? Pair of jeans i'm thinking, gray slacks as well? I don't own a pair of brown shoes yet so I want to make the plunge.

Pointed toes always go better with wide legged pants. Yes, they would go well with jeans. l have always seen the quality of D&G shoes as really dubious. Most of there shoes do not have the sole stitched to the upper - they are glued. Therefore: D&G shoes=poor quality. Go for a better shoe. Don't be so fashion forward, l am and it is silly. Â lt's a pity you weren't in my country; you could get MTM pointed shoes for a very reasonable price. Ernest, behave. Â [IMG]

How about a pointed pair done in brown croc. Now that would totally rule. [IMG]

Sorry but I hate those shoes, especially the color mixed with that particular style.

Really? I always figured that slim pants and slim shoes went together, balance and all that.

I agree. Thin shoes with baggy pants just looks funny. The shoe gets lost in the pants. Dan

What is the interest to have shoes lost in the pants?

Wrongo. Pointed shoes call for skinny (though maybe bootcut) pants.

Pointed shoes don't get lost in wide pants.

    Wow, those are like...really pointy.

I don't know man, shoes that pointy with wide leg jeans look like something a woman would wear.

I personally thinks that pointed shoes can be worn with both types of pants. straight-cut dress pants or even slim-cut ones. The look projected is very different for each type of pants.
