Hey guys! Need some ADVICE:

I have a pair of black Park Avenues for work and a suede chukka boot.

I saved up for my next pair of shoes.

They need to be brown, versatile, and that I can wear every day with jeans, chinos, or gray trousers.

I was going to wear them during Fall and Spring.

I am also 5'7 just in case that is important.

Any suggestions?

I need to also decide if I should get a boot or shoe.

I was thinking AE Strands, 5th Aves, or Daltons. Or should i go something more casual like Wolverine rockford?

Also, which color - dark brown or walnut?

Thanks all!

I'd get some burgundy loafers.

I wear burgundy (#8) probably more than any other color As versatile as brown. I would say a dark down is also good. Walnut is a great looking shoe, but not as versatile.

I would not get loafers. Then again, I pretty much hate loafers.

wow thanks for all the advice!

are boots just as versatile as shoes, like the dark brown dalton?

or should i just get a nice pair of dark brown shoes like the plainer AE 5th aves or fancier AE strand?
