I think these may be the new incotex/mabitex - slim, durable, and cheap!

Can anyone post the measurements of whatever size Brooks Brothers Milano Pants? I'm especially interested in the true inseam measurement & hem width!

33 usually. Not sure how true their inseam is...we'll need to get 33x30 or 33x32, as I want no break.

Unfortunately I have yet to wash them because I do not own a pair of shoes that go with them

The material is quite strong though so I do not expect much shrinkage

They're more consistant than Mabitex as far as quality and the fit is more "accessible," plus you can get them for cheaper than Mabis go on B&S.

Not much, besides they would just stretch back out after a couple wearings. If they're too large just exchange them, Brooks Bros is good about that.

So it looks like the waist runs small as a size 32 should normally have a 33" waist...and also the inseam seems to run 1" shorter than the advertised?

I wear 32x34, and mine fit similar to all my other 32x34 pants.

I have a few pairs of the chinos. I am a 34x34 in Banana Republic, and I got a 35x34 in these. It was the right move. I wish they were a little more tapered, but for $23 for the lightweight and $34 for the regular on clearance, they're just fine.

They fit true to size, rise is on the low side but not horribly so, fabric is nice, pockets tend to flare out a bit when seated.

This is exactly correct. My only dislike is the flare at the hip from the pockets but that is minor. The price is beyond great and BB changes the fabric weight across seasons.

Do any of their current lineup of dress pants have this nice, modern cut to them?
