Brooks brothers golden fleece v. Hickey tuxedo

Can get either for 800ish. Both supposedly full front canvas and both will need a good amount of alteration. Off the rack they fit about the same. Anybody have any adivce one way or the other?

yes, i would go with the brooks brothers. tuxedo's are very limited to certain types of events, you are not going to wear them as often as you are going to wear a suit.

Where did you find a golden fleece tuxedo for 800? I'd take anyone I could find in a 41R for 1000 or less.
