No. saddle shoes definitely have a round fuller toe.

Two more questions:

1) Would you be able to guess the C&J last numbers of the saddles and the boots?

2) How do the boots and the saddles fit in terms of width? I guess they both don't fit narrow.

Saddles fit like a true 9D IMHO.

Oh nice! So the saddles definitely have a darker shade of brown than the saddles seen on BB's website. Right?

Yes, but not significantly darker, although mine seems to have darkened a bit since purchasing them.

Exactly. I think Steven very well described the shoes as "mink suede". On the website, IMO, they are close to snuff/tobacco suede. JayJay, do you find your paddocks very similar to these C&J boots in most respects? Especially in terms of last and other respects that you may consider important? (I know the eyelets and color are different. Also the soles may be different, i.e. leather vs. rubber)

Yes, similar but no hooks.

What about the sizing on the Black Fleece OCBD? Is the size 36 a true 36 inches in the chest, or more like 36-38 inches? Thanks.

BB3 is 16/34 in conventional BB OCBDs,what is your size?
