Currently there are 4 BF shoes:

1) Paddock boots
2) Perforated boots
3) Saddle shoes
4) Shell cordovan longwings

I asked for the photos of the perforated boots, though some extra photos of the paddock boots will also be appreciated, particularly the brown one.

Also:

- shell cordovan chukkas
- calf pebble grain chukkas
- calf pebble grain longwings
- patent longwings
- white longwings

There may be more, but that's all I can recall at the moment.

The stores with BF are listed on the BF section of the BB website. Click on "About Black Fleece" for the drop down menu. "Stores & Events" will be listed last.

I thought the Paddock boot was made by CJ and the pair I saw had a leather heel with a huge black fleece on the bottom. Maybe I saw the wrong shoe.

The Paddock boot is different from the Perforated boot.

I presume they are by the same maker. They look to be on the same last but have different soles and details.

****, how are buyers even supposed to know this stuff? that website is just amazingly difficult. The only thing I can say is that I have seen the black, leather longwings in the store in San Francisco.

The website is awful for displaying items. I didn't realize there were two different boots until someone mentioned it here. Even worse, once you figure out how to bring the "hidden" boot up on the website, the information about it is wrong. If I hadn't seen both boots in the store, I wouldn't have known that the two were different.

BF section should be reported to BB,it's the only decent line BB has and yet ordering anything on their website is pain.

No, it was the 15% discount on orders placed on December 26th. I think it was to allow internet orders to benefit from the extra discounts the stores offered on post-Christmas in-store sales before 1:00 p.m. on Dec. 26 and 27.
