I've been wanting one myself. I need to go into the BH store to figure out what size I wear.

I found mine a little large out of the box, and was gratified to find that they shrink on the first wash. The cuffs were a little large, but moving the button fixed that. Overall a good buy, better when on sale.

The cotton is very soft. I think the buttons are MOP, but it's a very tough call. If they are MOP, they are among the most plasticky.

The fit is comparatively slim (I wear a BF size three and it's a touch tight in the chest, but just fine in the waist). Some have said the sleeves are long, but I actually have mine shortened at the shoulder. They do shrink considerably.

I'm happy that they're now available in non-BD collars.

I love them too. I also love that red and blue gingham oxford fabric that they are using this time around. They are sitting in a lonely corner of the San Francisco store.

Beautiful shirts, but the arms are cut short. I'd estimate a 34 sleeve on the BB4 (16 1/2 neck). The BB website claims 35, but I don't believe it after trying them on.

Ah, those for whom RTW actually fits. Makes me feel wistful.

I would love one of those Borrelli Linoso jackets that vox posted today, but I asked and they only make longs in MTM. Very pricey.

I became a fan of the BF OCBD last fall and now have accumulated about 9 of them. I purchased the gingham in both red and navy during the recent 25% off sale. The shirts are made well and the buttons are indeed MoP. Great shirts.

The only criticism I have of the shirts is that the sleeves are a tad short for me, not for casual wear but definitely for with a jacket.

Told ya.

Again, if one fits in Thom's infernal limited sizes, it's a very nice OCBD.

Yeah, it's a blessing.

Don't give up. I find the cheapo (relatively) Borrellis longer than shorter. If you can find one (Linosa or Sorrento) try it on and then despair if you must...you might squeak by with a left coast Matt jacket length.

Won't work. Borrelli/Kiton/Isaia longs on me look like what our Napoli-addled Matt and T4 (among others) prefer for themselves. Regulars look like, well, Thom Browne.

Have you weighed the cost of translating The Suit into Renaissance Italian, publishing 100 copies in a vanity press, and then doing a book tour in Naples as a pretext?

You know, then the trip and the clothes are...research.

Designer's Thom Browne, so that's to be expected. I was surprised to find it fit relatively well, even given his penchant for shortness.

Are short arms a Thom Browne thing, too?
