I just bought a pair of the 346 Brogued Bals in brown at an outlet this weekend. They were $199 +25% off and with my Brooks rewards coupons they came in at a whopping $4.25 so I couldn't pass them up. They're made in Mexico, Goodyear Welted and actually smell like real shoes. They're comfy, soft, and have a nice last shape. I don't know who makes them or anything else about them since their packaging is limited, but I think they're pretty nice so far. FWIW, I wouldn't have paid $200 for them, maybe $150 or so.

BB 346 is their outlet line...quality wise, not the best, specially if paying full price...although i have an old beater 346 wingtip brogue shoe that I paid $35 years ago...imo, I wouldn't pay more $75..if your budget allows you to go $250 up, you can find better deals
