Broken capillaries around my eyes from puking

some people are more prone to this than others. it happens to me once a week when i deadlift--my bp gets so high that i break blood vessels in my face, neck, and eyes.

the same thing used to happen to me when i'd drink too much as a teenager and throw up

therefore his parents have no say in what he does legally. It would be pointless. Get over it.

Legally they are not responsible for what he does IF he's over 18. If he's living under their roof (which is a damn good possibility nowadays) they would have some input. As in "straighten up or GTFO".
