I need a pair of brogues and was wondering if there are any good ones with rubber soles? I plan to wear the shoes a bit more casually. Looking to spend around $150-$200 more if it's worth it and less if it would be a good beater pair.

E Lombard (Blucher style) is an option...I can't think of any other US brand that I may personally buy. Or check out http://www.herringshoes.co.uk/ ..They have a number of items that falls within your budget if you are willing to go a little higher ($250-270). My suggestion is to check the premier line (made by Cheaney) and stretch a little for better quality...good luck

What's the reason for wanting a rubber sole? Maybe you would consider something with a Dainite sole as well?

Ok I'll look into it, prefer to try on shoes first though. AE Lombards are 50% off at Nordstroms so I will stop by today.

Main reason is just to be able to wear it anywhere and in any weather without worrying. Dainite is good as well.

Well, technically, yeah; not the sort you first think of when talking of 'rubber soles' though.

Nordstroms was all out everywhere near me but they had them on Amazon/Endless for ~$150 so I picked up a pair. Does anyone know if Amazon/Endless is selling seconds or the real deal?
