new running shoe developed by UK army. thought this was interesting. not the most beautiful shoe, in my opinion, but i imagine it's pretty comfortable. /andrew

This is getting away from the topic, which is funny enough, but for fans of the onion check out www.sportspickle.com . It's as if the Onion had a sports page, albeit a little more amateur (less professional?). Today's headline: "Florida State Blames Offensive Woes on Having to Wear Handcuffs" On another note, that's an ugly shoe. Period. Also, it looks pretty bulky for a running shoe. Maybe a good x-trainer.
