This is pretty funny. The governor here got popped for spending 40k of political party funds, money raised from telethons and stuff, for a bunch of custom suits. The press is reporting they are custom, cost $3k a pop and are "Brioni Jack." Anyone ever heard of Brioni Jack?

It could be the local press, being the stinking unwashed herd that it is, got it wrong. I'm just curious.

He claimed he needed it whether or not he was governor, because he is also a lawyer. Also, it is not clear. If you are raising money via telethons and you contribute with the idea that your money is going for ads, recruitment and other party type stuff, and it turns out you are paying for some politician's wardrobe, well, I think that is some shaky ground there.

What's funny is that he paid cash, which makes it look even more shady.
