File doesn't seem to embed, so click the above link.
(Randomly discovered whilst watching back-to-back episodes of How It's Made on the Quest channel while ironing my shirts yesterday... it's a thrill-a-minute lifestyle here, you know...

Wonderful, thanks Holdfast for reminding me of its artisan built.
Its raining here in Houston, so the perfect time to take out my all black SAB.

Regards.

I've seen that How it's Made episode.

They also did short reviews on shoes, suits, watches, and, of course, umbrella.

Shoes episode was about glued shoes, unfortunately.

Suits were about fused suits, unfortunately

Watches were Panarai though.

I could watch How its Made all day.

I have once, actually.

It's scarily addictive, especially if you have a geeky inclination like me.

Perfect to watch while ironing shirts too, as you can time your shirt's progress against each segment, and both the programme and the ironing are boht basically about creating a more efficient production line. Same applies for polishing shoes...

Thank you for posting this video, as after I had watched it I finally remembered that I needed to replace the golf umbrella that I forgot in the park last year. As such I decided to get myself a Brigg golfer, as I've never owned a quality umbrella previously. They've got a run of limited edition golfers on the website at the moment, with a beech crook handle and canopy in racing green, navy, redcurrant or the all time favourite black. The shaft and ribs are black, and according to their customer support they are not seconds.

65£ a piece, but the shipping charge is quite staggering. Were it not for the fact that I have been imagining an umbrella with a dark handle and a racing green canopy for the longest time then the shipping would probably have scared me off.
