This arrived in the mail on my last day at work on the 23rd from the good people at custom hide. Overall I am happy with it. It gives me a replacement for my black bag on days when I am not wearing black shoes. The only issue I have is that it wreaks of whatever they used to treat the hide and/or color.

Not crash hot about the inside. I would have liked a seperator but it will suffice

^^^The bag looks great. It has a very elegant appearance and looks to have soft leather in a beautiful color. I agree with you about the interior although I've come to prefer having no divider.

nice alan. it looks like it might be a little small? I bought a doc case once without measuring out the dimensions, it turned out to only fit a few sheets of paper

The lock looks to be a Cheney.

Cheney makes locks and keys/hardware, I don't think they make leathergoods.

^Yes, I think Cheney only does hardware. Somehow I missed your earlier post above (not sure how). It is small, just a portfolio size. I've got a Filson laptop bag to handle big stuff. I didn't really need this case at all, but it was cheap, and I liked the look.
