1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Pictures at last This is my Pendragon branded briefcase made by Papworth travel goods who used the Pendragon brand name up to the 1970 s using Papworth until the 1990's when they were taken over by Swaine Adeney

I have started gently cleaning the leather outer cover which has a number of minor dings but they just add character. It has the initials "N S" stamped in gold on the front.

So if you want a high quality vintage briefcase and your initials are "N S" then give me a shout :)

I believe Rutherfords and Glenroyal are around the same price.

Small nitpick, but surprised the company would use such an uneven hide for their tan briefcase product shot.

Rutherfords looks good, Glenroyal looks a lot more (though still cheaper than SAB). Yea that product shot for the tan one is definitely not the best.
