Who makes a nice OTR, non BD shirt with a soft collar?

Preferably with a slimmish fit, a medium spread collar and barrel cuffs.

Does anyone know of any European makers?

this is exactly what I want. I'm thinking of going to mytailor. If I might tag a question onto this thread: is it possible/advisable to ask for an unfused interlining?

Please pardon my ignorance, but may I ask why you would want such a shirt? I can't think of any situation where I would prefer a non bd soft collar shirt, but what do I know...

Ralph Lauren Black label is soft-ish for a standard dress shirt and satisfies your other requirements.

Many prefer this look. The collar the OP is looking for (I imagine) won't be quite as soft as you're assuming.
