I purchased a Pair of MTO Ricardo Bestetti shoes after Ricardo passed and have had a HORRIBLE experience. I've stayed silent on the matter a long time but anytime I speak with someone about Bestetti shoes they mention they have either had a similar experience or have heard similar stories. The problem is specifically with the new owner Marco Facchinetti. The shoe fit was just horrible and the customer service was even worse. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Anyone have interactions with Marco?
