Found a brand new pair of Marc Jacobs jeans. These retail for $660 and are made with Natural Indigo. The tag size is 46EU, but they measure 32x37. The hem measures about 20cm. As you can see in the pics, they have a very nice color and interestingly enough an angled hand, should make for some very unique and wonderful fading. Asking $360 for them. Edit: The jeans are a bit lighter than in the pics.

So, I can't fit these jeans but it makes me wonder..

Why would someone buy these (in general, not at your discounted price) when they could have Japanese denim that's probably better made and more-appreciated by the denimhead? Damned designers.

I can't really answer that. However, I just called up the main Marc Jacobs store and they were pretty sure that these jeans are made of Japanese denim. So even at retail the prices aren't that bad for what they are. Although I can't be sure, so don't take it as 100% fact.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
