My first shoe Appreciation thread...

Florsheim Monarchs - purchased recently from Chris at Bennies; AE Ashlands in Chestnut; and my new brown AE McCallisters that arrived today (another Ebay purchase)

And a closer look at the McCallisters.

Any spots have to do with my lousy photo-taking ability.

Softcore because my collection is not nearly as extensive or expensive as our resident Shoe Appreciation posters!

Oh god, I must remember to not look at these threads during phone meetings, just barely contained myself from bursting out laughing!

The McAllister is one of my fav AE models. They discontinued that model, didn't they? Why did they get rid of all the classic models?
