Boyfriends birthday... - any suggestions?

Hello! My boyfriends birthday is coming up on Aug 10th, and I am stuck on what would be the perfect thing to give him. He is turning 22, and he wears a lot of black. I know he doesn't have decent shoes, besides the skate shoes he has, he doesn't have a favorite collar shirt yet, and his current messenger bag is faded. He likes wearing fitted tops, and its a pain to find a collared shirt that looks fitted...maybe you guys might know the best place online for that..
