Bow-Tie with Grosgrain Lapels

I know that with Grosgrain Lapels, I "should" wear a grosgrain bow tie.

I was wondering if this "woven silk" was similar enough?

I guess the ribbing is a little smaller, but the texture appears right. Thoughts?

Take my advise with a grain of salt because I don't wear black tie, but I've heard from reputable sources say it's actually better it for it not to match. The subtle mismatch will help make it look more like you're an adult wearing a prescribed formal outfit made up of clothes you chose and not playing dress up with a tacky costume. Just don't mix satin and grosgrain. Again, this is what I've read, your mileage may vary but it makes sense to me.

I should add, that looks pre-tied. For the same reasons that the tie need not totally match, pre-tied is inferior. It looks like a costume piece. And having actually worn a pre-tied bow tie, this time Im speaking from experience.
