This is a great rye and I agree, very good value! We use this or Rittenhouse in our cocktails, but both are equally strong enough to stand on their own as sippers too..

How's the new version? I really miss the old bottle design.

New Baker's is good. Overall probably better than previous version. Be on the look out because the minimum age statement is 7 yrs. However some bottles are older and they will state exact age on bottle.

Only complaint I have is the $60+ price tag.

Breaking news... Rowan’s Creek is shite whiskey now. Remembered it being better a ways back. Easily the worst bottle in my cupboard now. One of you warned me of this after I bought the bottle some time ago. Oh well. Tried to like it again and fooled myself into thinking it was ok. When put up against most anything else, it pales in comparison. Ruined the second round of Boulevardiers last night. First round were made with HW Double Rye and Cocci, and were excellent...

Can second this. I used to like it a decent amount, maybe circa 2012. I tried a bottle a year or so ago, and it has gone way down hill.
