Borrelli Vivara Fit?

Does anyone happen to have (or have tried) a Borrelli Vivara jacket? If so, how is the fit in the shoulders? I'm considering purchasing one online and the shoulder measurements are about 1" larger than the "normal" 18.75-19" 42R.

Also, the inside tag(s) looks different than other Borrelli jackets that I've owned. Perhaps it's an older model?
