Borrelli tux shirt from Gilt: Part 2 - unexpected issue!

So today my Borrelli tux shirt from Gilt arrived. My initial observations:

-Beautiful material
-Spot on fit
-These were from Wilkes Bashford, they still have their original tag on (price $510)
-The Borrelli booklet was the cream colored one with the green stripe across the bottom

I was all set to say that I'd found the perfect tux shirt, when...

I look and all across the top of the back and on one of the sleeves were these tiny pinhead-sized stains. I have no idea what they are, it looks almost like oil of some kind because they aren't colored (except one) and have that look of when grease gets on cotton. It didn't look like someone had tried it and sweat profusely into it, because these were little dots, and to my knowledge, only armpit sweat stains (and that's yellow). Also, the shirt appeared in completely unworn condition judging by how it was packaged.

Does anyone know what these are? There's a pic attached. My first order of business will be contacting Gilt, or even WB (hey, their label is on there too...) to see if there's any way of obtaining a replacement. Otherwise, there are two options:

1. If someone knows what this is and its likelihood of coming out, I will ask Gilt for an additional discount and have the shirt cleaned.

2. Simply return it and go back to the drawing board.
