I highly doubt it -- Horace has a very loyal following, including many outside CA. The traffic that does go through the store spend $$$$, which is what matters. That store also has a lot of customers who don't even go into the store but buy on approval.

I have to say after seeing the Borrelli store in Rome (tiny and with not much inventory at all - huge disappointment!) that the San Francisco store is a treasure

I'm hoping that the traffic from Asia taking advantage of the weak US dollar can get them through this downturn

Our downfall was cleaning up the harbor...it took all the protein out of the water.

The old Louis was a great shop. But, as I look back, what it did well only impeded my progress to getting things made for me.

it gave you and me a better sense of what looked good so that when you did eventually go bespoke, you didn't waste lots of money on the wrong wools or look

invaluable

detours on my my next trip to Europe will be to Biella and Scotland to do my own version of London Lounge and have designs made for me and friends
