Hand wash it and hang dry it and you won't have to worry about it.

I take my Borelli shirst to the dry cleaner, who launders them. (Yes, it would be better to hand wash and iron myself, but ....). I have not noticed any shrinkage.

One of the main reasons I wear Borrelli almost exclusively these days is that they are one of the few RTW shirts out there that -- for me, anyway -- remain true-to-size. I wear a size 16.5; still, with RTW shirts from everyone but Borrelli (e.g., Brioni, Charvet, Zegna, Lorenzini, etc.), I _always_ buy a size 17. The Borrelli is the only shirt that I buy in a 16.5; if you actually measure a Borrelli 16.5, you'll see that it's measures out very close to 17"...

I always get my shirts (including about a dozen Borrelli's) laundered at the cleaners. I've had no problems with shrinkage around the neck.
