Hey
I'm throwing a party in a few weeks and I'm trying to think of what booze I should provide my guests... I'm not a big drinker at all so I'm not sure what types or brands I should buy.
I'm just wondering what people usually would look for at a party and if there are any particular brands that look 'well thought out' instead of just an obvious choice because the company has a lot of ads. For example, i've always heard that for all the money spent on advertising, Absolut isn't really a very good quality vodka (again, I have no clue if that's even true).... what would be a better choice?
I'm also not looking to blow the bank on this party so ideally I'd like it if most bottles were under $40
and I guess i'm looking for a
Vodka
Gin
Rum
Rye
Whisky
Red / White wine
Anyone have any favorites or ideas?
Thanks! and I'll be sure to have one in your honor for your help!
