SO bit of an update, purchased my NPS Heath Boots Dec 21. I've not worn them a huge amount (5-10 times), but noticed the thread on the vamp was coming loose (i thought it was just a loose thread and ready to use the lighter on it), then noticed the same on the other side.... never seen anything like that! Catastrophic failure if I continue to wear them.

Have spoken to NPS, its outside their '1 year window' by a month, and as they have discontinued the line they are washing their hands of them, they offered 20% off a new pair (but now they don't make any 'heritage collection' anymore its pretty mute).

Under the UK Sale of goods act, they should be fit for purpose, I think it would be reasonable to assume with limited wear they would last far longer than this. Any thoughts?

P.S please let me know if this is better placed in its own thread.
