My first pair of engineers 30 years. Went down a full size from brannock on these which feels right. A fella on the Fedora lounge recommended them to me so I took a chance. They are superb.
Cool man,enjoy!

I took delivery on The Flat Head engineers today in natural cxl.

Gorgeous pair. Enjoy in good health. I have a pair on commission out of Indonesia in olive green Badalassi I’m excited to get on my feet. Although have no idea how to style them other than jeans. They just look friggin cool. I heard they’re a PITA to put on and off.

I considered Benzein too. The shafts looked quite narrow at first look out of the box but I have thin ankles so I was pleased the boots slid on and off nicely without any serious struggle. Jeans or khaki pants will work fine. I think their cool too. Good luck with yours!

I found these Wolverine 1000 Mile on ebay for cheap. I suspect I am 8ee for 1000 Mile, and these are 8eee which means I can wear thicker socks and use a wool insole in the winter.

Gary Coakley rebuilt with a leather wedge build up which makes them comfortable but heavy. They are great for a day on my feet.

Anyone here have a pair of Bordon from Colombia?

I'm wondering about sizing. I am 8.5eee for most dress shoes and 8.5EE for some boots like Chippewa.

Should I go with 8.5eee or 8.5ee?

For a stitchdown construction, the price is compelling and the reviews are pretty positive all around.
