I wore my ZB Jodhpur's today and the arch support is slightly noticeable but not egregious. Yours should definitely compress with continued wear

Crosspost from the C&J thread.

C&J Molton bought from Bodiley's. My 5th pair from Bodiley's, always impeccable service.

In my shoe wardrobe, compared with some venerable round toe models, the Molton shows an unusal square toebox. This boot in other leather would be a tad edgy but the rough out suede keeps things in balance and the protuding welt gives lots of character.

The 336 behaves (for my feet) similar to the 325 (Pembroke and Coniston). They arrived to my office to avoid spousal custom and wore them all day, no break in needed, very comfortable. This chukkas will see lots of action.

I want to share this Tobacco Suede edition of my all time favorite boot with you. With some Chestnut versions of the Craftsman and a pair in Dark Tan and the black ones, this is yet the brightest color of them and my first boot in Suede. (Actually this is the 'Comfort Craftsman' with a rubber sole and comfort inner sole, but they don't do the leather-sole Craftsman this way.)

Nice colour tobacco. I got one a few years back in a different suede on a leather sole. My rock star chic look!
