They loom great! What do you think about the quality of these? How was the fitting process?
Thanks, the fitting was based on us discussing the size I take in other brands (US 10.5D) and they suggested 43.5 which fits perfectly. I really like this last shape, it's casual without being bulbous.
As for the quality, this leather is great ( my first horse rump too), thick but not too thick. Also, it rolls rather than crease which is a plus in my book. I am overall happy with the quality but one major annoyance is that the half insole (that goes through the middle of the shoe) is separating a bit and I can feel it as I take off the shoes.

Thanks, may try to commission a pair. Try TTS as you did.

Thats a really nice toe profile. I know its not likely, but id really like to see what they would do with a wellington style in the same vamp shape, if not full last. I just have not had satisfying experiences with viberg. And the ones they make. All of these japanese ones seem to be too bulbous, flat, approaching womens pump height heels, or square.

how about these?

Those are nice if slightly on the formal side. However I don't buy shoes (or boots) without trying them on first on. Returns to Spain sound like aggro. Besides there are plenty of shoes I want from C&J

Thanks anyway

Wow those are incredible! And reminds me...I oddly do not have a pair of Chelseas. What is the best first step, black or brown? I wear suits sometimes, more of a Dior Homme/Celine guy, so also casual, with sharp blazers and slim jeans, etc.

I highly recommend brown Chelseas initially. You can wear them with slacks or jeans. If you want to be extra sleak or wear them more formally, black is a great second pair. Both my pairs are brown and for casual wear: coffee calf and chocolate suede.

And this. I think brown is a great first pair. I usually wear them with chinos, suits, dress trousers. Never tried them with denim but I plan to do that this weekend hehe.
