I meant to ask you about that. I ended up shipping mine back as they requested due to being the wrong order and just let the PayPal dispute play out. This has been a bust, but quickly replaced with different makers chukka boots, which i think I'm ultimately more happy with anyway ?

That really sucks. Kirby won't get any business from me going forward. What makes it so tough is they ARE beautiful boots. But that's Carmina's doing, not Kirby's

Breaking them in around the house right now, currently wearing them over pants, sort of like a riding boot. I got the shaft skeleton lined and I'm leaving the top unbuckled, hoping they will break in kinda slouchy like these:
