It was supposed to be 6, but there was a mad scramble at the factory due to Covid and they got waylaid in a mislabeled box.

they are nice looking and glad you finally got them. I’m a sucker for that color too, very rich looking

A nice chuka boot bought from Shipton & Heneage some years ago.

Brand: Shipton & Heneage
Model: Ranger
Manufacturer: Crockett & Jones
Last: 224
Sole: Lite Vibram / 360 welt

Note: My first chukka in GYW construction. This is beautiful boot made by C&J. I believe is a version of the Chiltern. I liked it so much that I bought a second pair "for stock". It has in interesting lining that goes until the begining of the shaft, maybe to make them cooler. The Lite Vibram sole is fantastic and is a tad thiker than Dainite or the one used in the Chiltern..

They where extreamly dirty as you can see:
