Can anyone help me ID these Red Wings? Inside tag says 875 but I've never seen a non moc-toe 875... I'm in Australia and no stockists I've talked to have ever seen anything like it in my state, but I'm not too surprised by that as RW are pretty uncommon here.

I'm no expert but I'm not entirely sure they're genuine. What makes me say this is that the stitching doesn't look like Red Wing's typical style and also the welt looks different.

Good looking boots and I hope I'm wrong. Could be an older model with differences in construction to current range.

These are some cool boots! Let me guess they were a limited run or trunk show offering? A quick search only returned shoe's done in this style, guess I'm too late.

I remember seeing them offered from Gieves & Hawkes in 2011 but that was called "the return of" so they were apparently offered before that. I was never able to find a pair of the boots in my size although they did show up on ebay frequently. They also made a chelsea boot.

In 2015 Cheaney brought the boots and shoes back again under their own label. That's when I got them. I think they only offered them that one season but I don't think they were particularly limited.

Any suggestions for winter dress boots for an office setting? Preferably around the $300 range?
