I love my Lineman especially with the new sole but only if I'm wearing a chunky outfit that matches it.

I think they might be CXL also because it loves greasy conditioner. Feels different than calf.

Either a Balmoral factory seconds from Meermin, or Indys. I'd love to get Galways as that's my grail.

I like them on the vibram lug sole as well but I bet the wedge is comfy.

Galways are one of my grails as well but way out of my price range at the moment.

I like Indy’s but in the UK they are really expensive and in my opinion not worth paying higher than C&J or similar prices for.

Never tried Meermin but they look good from what I’ve seen.

Yes. Heritage 8146

Great, will have to try and get a pair sometime, I bet they can handle some abuse.

I have the work chukka which I like and had iron ranger 8111’s which were really nice but moved them on for some Conistons

I was so impressed with my Greats Royale trainers that I was just cruising their site and saw a steal on these desert type boots in blue suede. I couldn’t pass them up for $63 shipped. Made in Italy and an American company. What’s not to love

They can handle anything you dish out.
Theyre pretty indestructible. The white wedge soles are probably softer, but the black vibram gets it done in anything.
Mine are pretty dark because theyve gotten a few applications of Obenaufs LP.

Yeah the white wedges are comfy but wear out really fast.

I like Vibram lugs, really heavy duty. I had some on a pair of William Lennon zug field boots.

Obenaufs LP is meant to be good, must try it sometime.

One of my favourite boots, bet they handled a little bit of snow no problem.

I heard there were supply problems with the oak wax leather.

They did indeed, the soles on these are great for snow. Fantastic boots!

Yes, Basil at the C&J Jermyn St. T&A store confirmed there had been supply challenges. I believe they have resolved them. In any case, I was able to nab my size.
