I was looking forward to my AE Sullivan Street boots coming in, but they oversold in my size. They will honor the 40% off anything in the clearance or factory seconds. They have the Normandy boot in brown and the Dalton dress boot in brown. They also have the Black Normandy boot that would be like $119 after the discount. I mainly wanted these to go with Khakis and dark jeans on my dress down days at work. What do you boot guys recommend?

I did an internet search and csme up with some very promising ideas. I would suggest to do the search and try the remedies depending on your needs. Chamberlain's Leather Milk has a short direct instructional blog on the subject.

I saw that, but was curious to see if anyone on the forum had other experiences and/or recommendations.

The Normandy isn't as distressed as it used to be, but it is still quite casual. The Dalton will be a better match for khakis, and it's the same last as Sullivan St. Here's examples, obviously not in brown
