After a small issue, I followed the advice of other members here and sent my Radnors in Russian grain back to the Crockett & Jones shop where I purchased them. I must say, the customer service from the staff at Crockett & Jones has been excellent. I have gained a greater appreciation. The boots are now happily back home where they belong.

Oi! You went for the ones I was looking at (and posted about) a couple of months back. If you recall, they were a size too large. It seems I have influenced several of your purchases. :)

lol...well, once again the factory seconds shelves had nothing that interested me in my size. Thankfully, Scott Mckee was paying attention to the things I liked that didn't fit and said, let me go out back and see if we've got anything you might want. He reemerged with these that he said had just been sitting back there for a while for some reason. They are (were) in perfect condition, and he gave them to me at a reduced price...score!

Damn nice. Me likey.

thanks...I went there just out of curiosity not expecting to find anything I liked, because Trickers is not typically my aesthetic. But, I was pleasantly surprised when these came out.
