For my dark brown footwear (and indeed my black and dark reds), I'd recommend navy cream like Saphir, at least for the toe caps and heels. All the boots I post here, with the exception of suede, are often given navy.

Marks and Spencer Autograph selvedge. Reasonable price and available in slim or straight and various lengths.

I took a look and it really has reasonable prices. Doesn't the store shipping it to the USA?
