The hatched grain (from Horween) looks a lovely colour on these. But the last (12508) is a nightmare if you have a high instep and slightly wide foot

Oh? Not the wider type last that they mention in the description? I have the Pennine 2 and that took a little bit to be comfortable but post breaking in it has become a lovely pair to put on.

Yea your right that they describe it as such. But i find this last (12508) to be quite tight along the instep and vamp. And they dont do a G fit in this last.

Hello shoeafficinados,

does anyone of you have experience with the balmoral boots of Carmina? They have their group MTO currently ongoing, and a nice medium-brown Balmoral U-Cap boot would be nice for my collection. At the moment I have the Crockett & Jones "Charlton" in chestnut calf and in black calf from the Paris edition.

Also has anyone experience with the balmoral and derby dress boots from Cheaney?

Enjoy your sunday and best regards

Pascal
