This question comes up again and again and I find it so strange. If you are comfortable and happy wearing boots in the summer, then why wouldn’t it be ok? The Old Testament does forbid wearing clothes that consist of a mix of different threads, but definitely no mention of boots.Boots are usually more suitable for autumn and winter wear and they are also worn typically in adverse weather conditions. Summer is usually associated with lighter footwear as loafers, sandals, espadrilles and I wouldn't wear some heavy boots in this season. There are styles though, like chukka boots, which one can wear in summer, more so if unlined.
