There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I don't think there is a brick-'n-mortar store in the UK stocking Vass.

But on-line 'Ascot Shoes' have a large selection:

Otherwise take a trip to Budapest. Even without shoes, the city is well worth a visit.

I received a pair of nice black cordovan jumper boots from Carmina this morning. Is it normal for the laces to keep unfastening because the leather is so thick and needs some time to break in?

Hi Robert, Do you have more pictures of the first one? I once saw a similar model offered on eBay, but I wasn't sure it was a true Lobb because I couldn't find any reference to it and the seller didn't response to my questions.

Yes, I have photos from the listing, which are not all that interesting. I sold these this year (tough decision) because they were a little too big.

And this particular pair happens to be from Ascot, so they know the makeup.

Apart from the fit - how was the quality? On par with the usual Lobb? Was the sizing different?

Robert, are you the actual owner of these boots or selling for a client?
