1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

First outing for the Vass heavy-duty dress derbies (or something like that). Getting them broken in ahead of the arrival of the white stuff. [IMG]

Doesn't make sense for those of us in Europe. Boots online have the Comfort Craftsman listed at $410AUD + $50 shipping. You're also looking at 30% import taxes/customs etc. so the price will work out exactly the same as buying here. Plus you're royally screwed if they happen to not fit since you'll be on the hook for return shipping and getting the customs fees back will be a nightmare.

I don't really wear boots so don't have much experience but is it just me or is the shaft too small/tight and I need to go up half a size or does it look alright?

Thanks. I'll probably send them back and get 1/2 size larger.

This is probably the best thing to do given that it looks like you're wearing a heavier sock

I'm a pretty standard 10. I'll have to take more pics of other ones I know and post em here.

Would people be interested in more streetwear boots like yuketen and epaulet?

OMG these are just awesome!! If I had to pick my favorites it would be the MacNairy by Sanders. Heschung Lothier and the Alden 1493. Its a good thing you are not my size bud. LOL.
I'll have to look these up online and check them out closer. Thank you sooo much for sharing.

Those Vass above are glorious. I have a pair on the (I think) 'F' last in that colour of suede. Wish I was wearing them now.
